Chase Elliott threaded the needle on the final lap of a wild double-overtime finish to steal the Hollywood Casino 400 at Kansas Speedway, securing his second win of 2025 and punching his ticket to the Round of 8. Elliott was running fourth when the white flag dropped in the second overtime attempt, but Bubba Wallace and Denny Hamlin made contact battling for the lead in Turns 3 and 4, washing up the track and opening a lane on the bottom. Elliott dove inside both cars and crossed the line just 0.069 seconds ahead of Hamlin for his 21st career Cup Series victory.
